1. What is the delivery time of my order?

We aim to process your order within 1 - 3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, but within Belgium - Netherlands the estimated delivery time is 7 - 8 business days. For international orders this can take up to 14 business days.
2. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number, you can track the status of your package via the carrier's website.
3. What are the shipping costs?
Answer:
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. For orders above €50, shipping is free. International shipping costs vary by country and are displayed at checkout.
4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Contact us to start a returns process.
5. How can I cancel my order?
